MILKFOOD LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Regulations) we hereby inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday 1st May 2023 inter alia to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 along with other matters if any.Further to our letter dated 30th March 2023 this is to inform that in terms of Code for prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended thereto the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company would remain closed for all the designated persons until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited Financial Results to the public.
