Non-Applicability Of Annual Disclosure To Be Made By An Entity Identified As A Large Corporate As Per SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 Dated November 26 2018 - For The Financial Year 2022-23

With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 on Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities we wish to inform that Mehta Housing Finance Limited (the Company) does not qualify as Large Corporate as on March 31 2023 in terms of the criteria specified in the aforesaid SEBI Circular.Therefore the requirements of filing the initial disclosure and annual disclosure as per the Annexures A and B1 and B2 to the above-mentioned Circular for the Financial Year ended 2022-23 are not applicable to the Company.
