This is to inform you that Universal Arts Limited (Company) has claimed exemption under clause 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and have submitted declaration about non-applicability of compliance related to Corporate Governance provisions as specified in regulations 17 17A 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 24A 25 26 27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C D and E of Schedule V.The Company hereby declares that the requirement of submission of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report as specified under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP/10/2019-20 dated May 9 2019 is not applicable to the Company.Kindly take the above submission on record and oblige.
