Pursuant to the provisions of captioned regulation we are enclosing herewith a certificate from the Company Secretary in practice to the effect that during the year ended March 31 2023 there are no transfer of shares in physical form for transfer sub-division consolidation renewal exchange or endorsement of calls/allotment monies during the period 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023.
