We would like to bring to your kind attention that the Company had fully utilized the proceeds of the issue and that they were used for the purpose for which they were raised as on 1st November 2021. Further we would like to state that there was no deviation in the use of the proceeds of the issue from the objects mentioned in the offer document.Accordingly since there was no deviation in the use of proceeds of the issue the Company did not submit any statement of such deviation under regulation 32(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for any of the quarters.
