No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/VSK/2023-2024/48 dated April 25 2023 by the BSE Limited regrading increase in the volumes of the security of the Company.We wish to inform you that there has been no information/announcement (including impending announcement) which in our opinion may have a bearing on the volume of the equity shares of the Company being traded.We further state that we have informed to the Stock Exchanges all announcement sand all material information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR)Regulations 2015 and the Policy on Criteria for Determining Materiality of events adopted by the Company within the time limit. The volume increases observed by your Exchange appear to be market driven as the Company has been regular anddiligent in informing the Exchanges all such information which in our opinion could impact the Price/Volume behaviour of our scrip.
