In continuation of our letter dated 30th March 2023 for closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose the Trading Window for trading in Companys securities will continue to remain closed till 18th May 2023 pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window shall re-open on 19th May 2023. Accordingly all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable are advised not to trade in the Companys securities during the period of closure of the Trading Window.The Trading window is not applicable for general investors.
