Pursuant to Regulation 30 (2) read with Clause 1 of Schedule III Para A of Part A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) (SEBI LODR) SKF India Limited (the company or SKF India) would like to inform the Stock Exchanges that the company has entered into an amendment to Share Subscription and Share Holders Agreement with Sunstrength Renewables Private Limited (Investee Company) and Cleantech India OA PTE Ltd. on 26th April 2023 to purchase additional shares in the Company percentage shareholding will remain the same i.e. 26%.
