This is in continuation to our letter dated April 20 2023 regarding intimation of the date of Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held today i.e. on April 27 2023 to inter-alia consider proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares /convertible securities etc. either by rights issue qualified institutions placement or preferential issue etc.In this regard we hereby inform that the said meeting is postponed to a later date due to unavoidable circumstances. The Company would inform the revised date of meeting as and when finalized.
