We wish to inform that the requirement of filing Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended March 31 2022 under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations is not applicable to the Company as Paid-up Equity Share Capital and Net worth of the Company as on March 31 2022 is less than Rs. 10 Crores and Rs 25 Crores respectively which is below the threshold limit mentioned under Regulation 15(2) in compliance with Regulation 24A of the said Regulations.
