This is to inform you that further to the exercise of options under DBCL ESOS 2021 by certain employees the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved by way of Circular Resolution dated 27th April 2023 the allotment of 7300 (Seven Thousand Three Hundred) fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Face Value (FV) of Rs. 10/- each.
