Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Part - A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations the Company is intimating the shareholders holding shares in physical mode to furnish their PAN KYC and Nomination details for updation to the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA) i.e. M/s. Beetal Financial and Computer Services Private Limited in compliance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16 2023 read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/687 dated December 14 2021 and Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2021/655 dated November 3 2021 (the SEBI Circulars).
