In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 28th April 2023 about meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR we would like to inform you that the 18th (Eighteenth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted onSaturday 29th April 2023 at 03.00 p.m. onwards through video conferencing. At the aforesaid meeting the RP of the Company apprised the Committee of Creditors inter aliaabout the current status of CIRP Noting of order passed by Honble NCLAT New Delhi dated 25.04.2023 for keeping the company as going concern and update on receipt & payment statement for the Month of Jan Feb and March 2023
