It is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Bank has at its meeting held on April 29 2023 approved the appointment of Shri Badri Srinivasa Rao ED (In-Situ) as Internal Auditor of IDBI Bank with effect from May 08 2023 in place of Shri Sunit Sarkar ED & Internal Auditor. Shri Badri Srinavasa Rao is a graduate in Bachelor of Engineering and Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Finance. Shri Rao has been working in IDBI Bank since 2001 in various departments viz. Recovery and NPA ManagementGroup Priority Sector Group Credit Monitoring and Branch Banking. You are requested to kindly take the above intimation on record in terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015.
