No.: A31480) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 with effect from 30th April 2023.
