Dear Sir/MadamPursuant to your mail dated 28th April 2023 regarding Resubmission of Corporate Announcement submitted by the company on 27th April 2023 for the purpose of Resignation of Independent Director under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby resubmit the corporate announcement of the board meeting held on 27th April 2023 in connection to Resignation of Independent Director the names of listed entities in which the resigning director holds directorships stated which was inadvertently omitted in our previously submitted outcome.Please take the same on record and oblige us
