This is to inform you that in compliance with Regulation 24 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of GRM Foodkraft Private Limited the material unlisted subsidiary of the Company at their meeting held on 01st May 2023 has approved the appointment of Dr. Anurag Tewari and Mr. Tarun Singh as Additional Director in the category of Non -Executive Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 1st May 2023 for a period 5 years subject to the approval of shareholders.The details pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 is attached as Annexure A
