Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other relevant provisions of the Securities and ExchangeBoard of India (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015we wish to inform that Mr. Nilesh Mazumdar Joined the Company on 1st February2023 and be appointed as CEO (India Business) a Key Managerial Personnel of theCompany in place of Mr. Tushaar Gautam. The matter will be placed before Board ofDirectors at its ensuing meeting.
