With reference to our submission vide letter no. MSTC/CS/SE/371 dated 11th October 2022 on the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the BLA Cell of Ministry of Steel Government of India vide order No. 8/1/2016-BLA dated 01.05.2023 has extended the tenure of appointment of Ms. Bhanu Kumar as Director (Commercial) of MSTC Limited w.e.f 12.10.2022 till 31.10.2026 i.e. the date of her superannuation or until further orders whichever is earlier.
