Recommendation of Final Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 at the rate of Rs. 1.40/- per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each. The dividend if approved by the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.
