Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. - Intimation Of Incorporation Of A Foreign Subsidiary Company

With reference to our intimation dated 9th February 2023 relating to incorporation of a Foreign subsidiary of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby wish to inform that the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms Bangladesh (Registrar) has approved incorporation of Foreign subsidiary of the Company in the name of Indokem Bangladesh (Pvt.) Limited on 30th April 2023. The Registrar has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same.The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 is attached herewith as Annexure A.
