The Chairman put a Retainership Proposal dated 28-04-2023 from HDS & Associates-Practicing Company Secretaries at Ahmedabad to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for F.Y. 2023-24. The Chairman explained the board that we have availed the services from HDS & Associates-Practicing Company Secretaries at Ahmedabad for previous Financial year 2022-23 and we have satisfied with their services and we are renewing their contract for F.Y. 2023-24 after taking approval from the board members. Further the chairman also informed that the Audit Committee of the Company has also recommended to appoint HDS & Associates-Practicing Company Secretaries at Ahmedabad as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for F.Y. 2023-24.
