we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. on 2nd May 2023 at the Registered Office of the Company which commenced at 6:00 p.m. and concluded at 6:30 p.m. inter-alia has1) Considered and Approved the audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March 2023 along with Audit Report.2) Appointed Mr. Mukesh Dayasingh Kapuriya as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 2nd May 2023.3) Resignation of Mr. Yash Chauhan (PAN: BKEPC0392N) from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 2nd May 2023 due to personal reasons. The Board has accepted his resignation and has relieved him from the responsibilities w.e.f. 2nd May 2023.
