SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2020/135 dated July 23 2020 (SEBI Circular) with respect to reporting to the Stock Exchanges regarding violations under SEBI PIT Regulations relating to the Code of Conduct (CoC) please find attached herewith report of the Company for violation of CoC by one of its Designated Persons.
