Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 we hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors vide its circular resolution approved on May 03 2023 has inducted Ms. Sannovanda Swathi Machaiah as an Additional Director (Independent) w.e.f. May 03 2023 for a tenure of 5 years subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
