We wish to inform you that subsequent to the approval accorded by the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) at its meeting held on August 03 2022 the Board in its meeting held today May 03 2023 has inter alia:a. Approved and adopted the Placement Document dated May 03 2023 in connection with the Issue (Placement Document);b. Authorised the opening of the Issue w.e.f. i.e. May 05 2023; andc. Approved the floor price of ?30/- per share for the Issue.2. The Placement Document is enclosed for your reference.3. We further wish to inform you that the Relevant Date for the purpose of the Issue in terms of Regulation 171(b)(i) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations is May 03 2023 and accordingly the floor price in respect of the aforesaid Issue is ?30/- per Equity Share. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 06:00pm and concluded at 06:30pm.
