SHAH FOODS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve We refer Regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange Board of India [Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we would like to inform that the Board of Directors meeting is to be scheduled on Friday 12th May 2023 for the purpose of following matters:1. To approve and take on record the audited results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023.2. To approve and appoint the valuer for the Land and Building and Equity Shares of the Company.3. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.In view of the said meetings the trading window of the Company which is closed effective from April 1 2023 shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results. It is already informed to Bombey Stock Exchange via letter dated March 272023.
