Board Meeting Outcome for Board Has Declared A Dividend Of Rs. 0.70 (Seventy Paise Only) Per Equity Share Of Re.1/- Each For The Financial Year 2022-23

Board has declared a dividend of Rs. 0.70 (Seventy Paise only) per equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year 2022-23 subject to members approval at the ensuing AGM.The Annual General Meeting is fixed on 3rd July 2023. Share Transfer books shall remain closed from 23.06.2023 to 3.07.2023.
