GUJARAT NARMADA VALLEY FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2023 and recommendation of Dividend if any.Further as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code and will be opened Forty eight (48) hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2023 by the Board of Directors.
