Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (herein referred to as the Listing Regulations) as amended from time to time read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Listing Regulations this is to inform you that Ms. Jagriti Aggarwal- Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Surya India Limited (the Company) has tendered her resignation vide letter dated 05th May 2023 effective from the closure of the business hours of 30th day of May 2023.Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary she will cease to be the Compliance Officer of the Company from closure of business hours of 30th day of May 2023. Her successor shall be appointed in the Company shortly and Mrs. Preeti Agarwal Managing Director of the Company will be the Compliance Officer for the interim period i.e. after the close of the business hours of 30th day of May 2023 and until new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is appointed.
