Re-Filing Of Half-Yearly Disclosure Of Related Party Transactions For The Period Ended March2023 Under Regulation 23(9) Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 (The Regulations)

We refer to the Company filing vide reference no. SEC/18/2023-24 dated April 26 2023 (i.e. date of BoardMeeting) and XBRL filing on same date in respect of disclosure of Related Party Transactions for the half yearended March 31 2023 pursuant to the Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI Regulations.We are now in receipt of e-mail dated May 05 2023 from National Stock Exchange Limited (NSE) requiringthe Company to re-furnish half yearly disclosure on Related Party Transactions with (i) value Audit Committeeapproval value and (ii) In case of any other transaction the description of the transaction.Pursuant to the above we are re-filing herewith the disclosure of the Related Party Transactions for the halfyear ended March 31 2023 (on consolidated basis prepared in accordance with the applicable accountingstandards) with addition of details as specified.
