The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. May 6 2023 has recommended Re-appointment of M/s B S R & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants (ICAI firm registration no. 101248W/W-100022) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the second term of 5 years for approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
