Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Resolution dated May 08 2023 approved allotment of 35 (Thirty Five) Non-Convertible Debentures namely Unsecured Subordinated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures - Series D24 of Face Value of INR 10000000 (Indian Rupees One Crore) each for cash at par aggregating to INR 350000000 (Indian Rupees Thirty-Five Crores) on Private Placement Basis is attached.
