The shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Uttar Pradesh.3. The notice of postal ballot dated May 08 2023 and took on record the same.The E-voting will start from May 10 2023 and end on June 09 2023 and the postal ballot result willbe announced on June 10 2023.4. The appointment of M/s G Aakash & Associates Company Secretaries as the scrutinizers in terms ofthe Companies Act 2013 to conduct the process of the postal ballot in a fair and transparent manner.
