NICCO PARKS & RESORTS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & year ended on March 31 2023.Further in continuation to our letter dated March 25 2023 regarding closure of trading window for the aforesaid purpose the Trading Window for trading in Companys securities will continue to remain closed until expiry of 48 hours after un-published price sensitive information are submitted to Stock Exchanges in terms of Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report trading by Designated persons.
