NEXT MEDIAWORKS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31 March 2023.We further inform that in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till Wednesday 17 May 2023.
