Please note that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday 15 May 2023 to inter-alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31 March 2023.We further inform that in terms of the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till Wednesday 17 May 2023.
