Danube Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the intimation dated May 01 2023 regarding Board Meeting to be held on Monday 08 2023 we hereby intimate the Stock Exchange that as per the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is rescheduled on Tuesday May 16 2023 to inter alia consider and approve the standalone audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023. We have vide our submission dated March 27 2023 informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons has been closed from April 1 2023 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the submission of the financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2023.
