Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Company/RTA had on 6th/8th May 2023 received request/s from the Shareholder/s regarding loss of their Share Certificate/s. In response to their request/s Company/RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMP/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January 2022 the RTA shall issue Letter of Confirmation to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities. We are enclosing herewith the Statement displaying the details of the request/s received.
