This is to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on today i.e. Monday May 8 2023 granted 955 Stock Options named as OFSS Stock Units (OSUs) under OFSS Stock Plan 2014 (Plan) to an employee of the Company. These shall vest as per the vesting schedule and can be exercised over the exercise period as defined in the Plan.
