We would like to inform you that IPO proceeds of Rs. 100 Cr. has been utilized as on March 31 2022 as per regulation 32(1) and 32(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended was reported and informed in our Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2022 and there is no deviation and variation in the use of the IPO proceeds.
