This is in furtherance to the Companys earlier communication to the Stock exchange dated February 28 2023 regarding approval by its Board of Directors for change in Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company from M/s. Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd Limited (Big share) to M/s. KFin Technologies Ltd (KFINTECH). In this regard we wish to inform as under: the Company has executed the Tripartite Agreement with the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) respectively in accordance with the Regulation 7 (4) of the Listing Regulations; the Company has received the approval letter from the NSDL and CDSL for change of RTA from Bigshare to KFINTECH on May 05 2023 (with effect from May 05 2023 for CDSL and May 06 for NSDL).
