We wish to inform you that the 1st Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Thursday i.e. April 27 2023 at 03:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).Further please be informed that the said Meeting was successfully convened by the IRP Mr. Saurabh Chawla on April 27 2023. Pursuant to the discussions held in the meeting the Resolution for the confirmation of Interim Resolution Professional Mr. Saurabh Chawla as Resolution Professional was approved by the CoC members with requisite majority along with other Resolution(s) which was proposed and put to vote before CoC for their consideration/approval and the same was approved by the CoC members with requisite majority.
