Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you of a fire incident at our Waluj Plant situated atAurangabad in early morning on Monday May 8 2023.Fortunately there has been no loss or injury to human life or other casualty due to the fire incident. An auto-product assembly line has been majorly damaged and the firespread to the adjacent stores department damaging the ready components and otherproduction related stores and spares. There is no major disruption to manufacturing operations other than the damaged product assembly line. The damage caused to any other plant & machinery and other assets is being assessed and the Company is in the process of ascertaining the actual loss caused due to the fire.The Company has adequate insurance coverage for the assets in the premises of the said Plant.
