In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby inform you that:(i) Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of shareholders the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Ashok Kumar Behl (DIN: 10146894) as an Additional Director of the Company designated as Whole-time Director for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from May 8 2023.(ii) Mr. Rajeev Khanna (DIN: 08471497) has tendered his resignation from the position of Director (Designated as Whole-time Director) of the Company with effect from the end of May 8 2023 due to his pre-occupation in other professional assignments.The requisite disclosures pursuant to the SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 are attached as Annexures I and II.
