Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby give you notice that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday 22nd May 2023 to consider and approve inter-alia audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March 2023 and declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the Financial year 2022-23.We further inform that pursuant to Regulation 42(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the Record Date for payment of Interim Divided if declared by the Board in the above meeting shall be Thursday 1st June 2023.As informed by our communication dated 27th March 2023 the trading window for dealing in the Companys securities is closed from 1st April 2023 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the financials results i.e. up to 24th May 2023 (both days inclusive)
