Sir/ MaamThis has reference to the subject matter wherein we wish to inform that the 6th (Sixth) meeting of the CoC of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Monday 8th May 2023 at 3:00 p.m. for participation (both physical & virtual mode) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016. This is a Post Facto intimation of the meeting of the CoC. You are requested to take the same on records.
