T T LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve In compliance with the Regulations 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday May 17 2023 through video conference to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.As informed earlier the Trading Window as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys code for Prevention of Insider Trading is closed from 1st April 2023 and would re-open after 48 hours from the date of announcement / declaration of Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 i.e. on 20th May 2023.This is for your information and records
