SHIVALIK BIMETAL CONTROLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve We wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday the 17th Day of May 2023 inter alia to a) consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023 and b) consider and recommend to the shareholders for approval payment of Final dividend if any for the financial year 2022-23. Further the Company has intimated on 31st March 2023 that the Trading Window to remain closed from 01st April 2023 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023. We hereby further inform that the Trading Window of the Company remains closed until 19th May 2023 being 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2023 as mentioned above in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
