Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has accepted the resignation of Ms. Bhavika Dabhi (DIN: 07920161) as the Independent Director of the Company w.e.f May 01 2023.Ms. Bhavika Dabhi has ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company w.e.f May 01 2023. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 are attached as Annexure A to this letter.This disclosure is made as an update to disclosure made on May 02 2023 - Intimation under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A(7) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015
